OJUWA provides AI-assisted assessment tools for educators, schools, and learning institutions. You may use the platform only for lawful educational purposes and in line with these terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the assessments you create, and the way you use insights about students.

You must keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

Institutional administrators may manage access for educators and students within their organisation. Access may be suspended if an account is misused or if required by law.

Where OJUWA is provided to an institution, the institution is responsible for obtaining any consents required to use student information and for setting appropriate assessment practices.

OJUWA’s AI-generated questions and insights are designed to support educators. They do not replace professional judgement, and institutions remain responsible for academic decisions.

OJUWA and its licensors own the platform, software, design, and underlying technology. These terms do not grant you ownership of OJUWA’s technology.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant OJUWA the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content so we can provide the service.

You may not use OJUWA to break the law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or use student information in ways that are inconsistent with your institution’s policies.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable action, including suspending access where necessary.

We work to keep OJUWA available and secure, but the platform is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
